Which vehicles are eligible?
Cars, SUVs and light trucks from the brands we cover, model year 2012 onwards, sold in the United States. We check the make and model year from the VIN before you pay, so you are never charged for a vehicle we can't check.
What if no service history is found?
If the manufacturer holds no records for the VIN, the report says so and still shows the vehicle details; as stated at checkout, the $14.99 is not refunded in that case.
